August Meeting Preview

With the Wig & Pen Brew Day now behind us (story and photos soon) it’s almost time for the next meeting which will be a raffle bonanza.

Up for grabs this month is a 12 month rental and first fill of a 6kg CO2 bottle from Supagas, a shiny new Blichmann Beer Gun, a selection of books direct from Brewers Publications in the US and a Supagas BBQ utensil set.

Patrick Baggoley will be talking about his two APA’s with one using commercial Chinook and the other using his home-grown Chinook.

There will be a talk to get everyone up to speed on the new BJCP exam for apprentice and recognised brewers so make sure you listen out for that so you know how the new system works.

More information will be available about the upcoming brew-trip to Wagga Wagga and can all those who have books from the library remember to bring them back for others to borrow.
